Executive Director
Jim Dreier has been the associate pastor at Harvest Community Church in Goshen, Indiana since 2005. He is the Director for Downtown Ministries. Jim completed his undergraduate degree in Organizational Management from Goshen College in 2000. His years of leading recovery groups has inspired him to help people. Jim’s ministry experience has developed into a passion to help and empower people who live in a lower socioeconomic class. This desire led Jim to continue to develop his understanding and skills as he completed his Master of Social Work from Indiana University in 2017.
Jim’s love for people has motivated him to be involved with the city of Goshen. He has been active in building relationships with community leaders as he continues to learn how to serve our city. Jim enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to his wife, Joyce, since 1982. They have six children and nine grandchildren.
